U7/U8 Instructional

The U7/U8 Instructional Program is designed for players aged from 6-8 years old who want to strengthen their soccer skills in order to progress to our youth leagues and training programs.

​

It is our last instructional program before entering our development league play.  Dribbling, passing, turning, shooting and ball control are some of the areas we look to cover during our training sessions.

​

Each weekly session also consists of technical training, soccer specific drills and small-sided games designed to improve, develop and enhance the players experience within our program.
